REQUIREMENTS:

5 Piece Maximum 
All mediums permitted (painting, jewelry, sculpture, etc.)

Please have your work ready for display (paintings that are framed or ready to hang, jewelry stands, etc.)

Artwork to be delivered by July 10, 2015 @ 6PM

Please submit an image of your work with the following form:

Entry Fee @ $10.00 (1 piece)  
$5.00/each additional piece
Payable to Cross Warrior Ministries
Proceeds benefit our anti-bullying and at risk youth programs
